Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations within a certain timeframe (as stated in your contract) may be subject to additional cancellation fees.

4. Schedule & Timeliness
Our team follows a structured timeline to ensure services are completed efficiently.

Clients are responsible for ensuring all members receiving services arrive on time.

Delays caused by the client or wedding party may affect service completion.

5. Client Responsibilities
Ensure a clean and safe workspace for artists at the service location.

Inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or special requests before the appointment.

Be prepared for services with clean, dry hair and a makeup-free face unless otherwise instructed.

6. Travel & Additional Fees
Travel fees may apply for locations outside a certain radius from our studio.

Parking fees, tolls, or accommodation costs (if required) will be the client's responsibility.

Early morning start times may require an additional fee.

7. Health & Safety
We maintain high hygiene standards and sanitize tools between clients.

If a client or member of the bridal party is ill or experiencing symptoms of contagious conditions, we reserve the right to refuse service.

8. Liability
Kathleen Berg Beauty and its artists are not liable for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or damages resulting from services or products used.

Clients should disclose any allergies or skin conditions before services.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Photo & Video Usage
We may take photos/videos of our work and share them on our website, social media, or marketing materials.
